Terms of Service
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of SpotiGo. By using the site you agree to them and to any local laws that apply to you. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
SpotiGo and Spotify
SpotiGo is an independent service. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Spotify AB. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB, and we use the name only to say which links SpotiGo accepts.
How the service works
When you paste a Spotify link, SpotiGo reads the public details behind it: track titles, artists, album, cover art and order. It never streams, records or downloads audio from Spotify, and it never asks for your Spotify login. The files you receive are prepared from separate music sources where the same recording is available. SpotiGo doesn't keep a music library: each file is built when you ask for it and isn't stored afterwards.
Your responsibility
Only download music you have the right to copy where you live, for example for a personal backup. You alone are responsible for how you use SpotiGo and the files you save.
Acceptable use
You may use SpotiGo for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree that you will not:
- use the service or anything obtained through it for commercial purposes;
- share, resell or redistribute files or access to the service;
- get around daily limits, for example with several accounts or automated requests;
- download in bulk or with scripts, bots or scrapers;
- remove copyright notices or other proprietary markings.
Accounts and Premium
Free downloads don't need an account. If you create one, keep your password private: you are responsible for what happens on your account. One account may be signed in on a limited number of devices at once. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Premium is added to your account when you pay on Ko-fi with the same email address. Each $5 adds 30 days. Premium doesn't renew by itself.
No warranty
SpotiGo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, and availability or error-free operation of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SpotiGo and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data or profits. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as Ko-fi. We aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
No spam
We never promote SpotiGo with unsolicited messages and don't pay anyone to. The only emails we send are the ones you ask for: sign-in codes and notices about your account. If you get a message promoting SpotiGo that you didn't ask for, forward it to [email protected] so we can look into it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
